On September 14, 2026, the Atlanta-born chain announced a deal to develop two cafés in Palm Beach County, Florida.
The franchisee, Matt Thomas, is currently selecting the first site, and the agreement gives him development rights for both locations in the same trade area. The deal brings Flying Biscuit to 43 cafés open and 13 more in development.
