Somebody in North Carolina looked at the rulebook for fast food and broke the most important rule in it.
Keep the menu small. Everybody knows that one. Fewer items means faster kitchens, simpler inventory, less waste, and staff who can learn the job before they quit.
So here is what this place put on the board.
Burgers. Barbecue. Hot dogs. Chicken. Quesadillas. Corn dogs. Chicken wraps. Hush puppies. Onion rings. Cajun fries. Chili. And then a milkshake menu with dozens of flavors, including some that involve actual pieces of cake.
