Work boots. Chicken feed. Candy. Tires. A wall of hunting equipment. Livestock medicine. Toys. A grocery aisle. Fencing. Something that is legitimately a tractor.

A retail consultant would call this unfocused. Every modern retail principle says pick a category and own it. Depth beats breadth. Know your customer.

This store violates all of that on purpose.

It is organized around a person.

Once you see that, the tractor next to the candy stops being strange and becomes the entire point.
