Here is a business that should not work.
Lovesac sells you a couch and then tells you, in writing, that you will never need to buy another one.
Not a new cover. Not a new couch. Ever.
The pieces you buy in 2026 are built to still fit the pieces you bought in 2012. Wash the covers. Add a seat when the kids move out and you want a bigger one. Take it apart, put it in a car, reassemble it in the next house.
Now hold that thought against a second fact. Lovesac is publicly traded, and public companies have to grow every single quarter.
So how do you grow when your entire pitch is that customers never have to come back?
